Town Center (also known as Kings Crossing Town Center) is one of the main commercial centers located in Kingwood, and is home to retail businesses and eateries. Many of the events that go on throughout the year take place in Town Center.
The development of Town Center was contracted out by the Friendswod Development Company to developer Ty Eckley. The development is 2.5 acres large and consists of 54 units - 25 for retail shops, and the rest for upstairs office space. Construction began for Town Center in 1993.
