@QueenB : I just can't imagine what was going through his head. He couldn't have possibly had enough time to think things through. I guess he went with the thought of never being able to fly again, and that was too much for him to bear. The poor other pilot to have had witnessed him jump. What a helpless feeling that I am sure will haunt him forever.
