toneyc : I've heard some of these units have defective "Low oil pressure " switches that shut the unit down as a precaution to protect it from running without oil. Since it's still under warranty, if you were to bypass the switch it could affect your warranty. This may be the case with your unit. I've heard yesterday that Home Depot got a bunch of new Westinghouse units in. They may swap one out for you. Worth a shot maybe.
I'm past the return limitations so this will have to be handled by Westinghouse unfortunately.
