Water isn't over the bridge. It's over the road at the base on either side. 4951

I'm stuck in Kings Harbor. The bridge is fine on my end and looks completely dry. Water is coming from below the bridge on the golf course side. It's going down West Lake Houston and filling in Magnolia Cove Drive. Harbor View apartment parking lots are all flooded, but the apartments look ok. Kings Cove apartments are all fine but nobody can leave because of street flooding. All the shops I could see look ok so far, it's the streets that are flooded. Of course, this could change at any time. Edited to add that you can see the grass by Puerto in this photo. So it's dry so far over there.   4951
