Shoulda been watching this thread.

Justin Stapleton (KPRC2) has been grandstanding for the last 40 minutes, saying the same thing over and over again. We just want the update, it a deep dive into every cell and every screenshot.

The line that's generating the Severe T-Storm warning is generally moving our way, while the individual cells are high-tailing NE along it.

At current speed, the main brunt of whatever it will bring us will come in 90 mins-2 hrs. Looks like most of the active dynamics are still NE of our area, but keep alert!

OOPS, bad calculation on my part! Taking a closer look, could be as little as 30 mins. Moving much faster than I first thought. OTOH, that means whatever it brings shouldn't last long.

The line for the front has formed and is headed this way. Damaging winds & hail are going to be the biggest threats for us.

They are reporting 40-50mph winds with the line so charge those phones!

My hubby just left for Arkansas as our so hydroplained in his truck, went off the road, hit 2 trees and demolished his truck! Good news is he's OK, dogs OK, and there's no damage to the water pump he and his brother spent the last 2 days putting in!!!
