I have never put wallpaper over wallpaper.

@Nuisance : Nor have I, but like you, I have painted over wallpaper and it turned out fine. One room yellowed a bit after a while. I painted another coat on and it has been fine. Yes, I am too old to get up on a ladder now. Used to be so easy.

Thank you for posting the link to your installer. It is difficult to find knowledgeable and experienced wallpaper installers anymore. There is a lady near West U - The Wallpaper Lady, that is in high demand. I always wanted to hire her but I doubted she would travel to Kingwood. I have 2 bathrooms to paper. Thanks again for the link.

@sellbuy : He's fabulous and so sweet. I got the paper on an incredible sale from Wayfair. That room was 4 double rolls and I paid ~$100 for it!

40 years ago my husband & I wallpapered our master bath. After we were finished, we asked each other if we should divorce. OMG ! The stress. Yesâ€¦there are people that make their living hanging wallpaper. They know the ins and outs and all of the tricks. HIRE THEM! BTW: We did not divorce.

Wallpaper is a nightmare. You literally pay out the *** to install it and to un-install. I've taken my share of paper off and I have a system that takes it off in strips and sheets, but you have to be patient. You still have to carefully wash that glue off. Nightmares are made lol.
I like paint, you can faux texture any surface and paint over.
I think it feels 70's dated. It swallows the front entry and anything in it will be lost in the heavy green pattern. Jmo.

No! Wallpaper is a nightmare to remove. I'll stick with paint and artwork.
