Updateâ€¦â€¦ old HEB center!

Construction foreman came in just now who will be working on the Parry's pizza place starting TODAY! He said if we have any issues with the noise or anything to call the phone number he left.
Completetion will take maybe 4 months or more bc it's a very detailed place is what he said.

@FreebyrdII : This place needs to get some new style restaurants or businesses in there. I mean, how many pizza places, banks, Chinese and nail salons do we need. Oh., more apartments so maybe that's why. Good grief, will they be next door to Dominoes pizza? This shopping center has been struggling for years so they're probably just wanting to lease a space out. Not sure if they'll do very well but we'll see later onâ€¦

@peppermintstick : I think Perry's was a no. I've dined with them in the Woodlands and it was top notch. I couldn't see them opening a restaurant in that shopping center but sure wish they would have or @ least in Kings Harbor by the lake. I think they would've received a lot of business there. Haven't heard anything about it in a long time.
