About 4:15pm Thursday the driver of a 2015 Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R which is a motorcycle capable of speeds up to 200mph was northbound on I-69 feeder. He was just north of Northpark when witnesses say he was traveling at close to 100mph. He slammed into the rear of a Jeep, driving it across the median and all three lanes of the freeway. It came to rest against the center K-wall. The bike traveled several hundred yards before coming to rest. The driver who witnesses say was helmeted but came off during the crash was transported to Kingwood Hospital in critical condition. The driver of the Jeep was transported in stable condition. The northbound feeder was closed for over an hour as DPS investigated the crash. They were assisted by Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and Precinct 4 Constables Office.
