Weathergirl5 : my friend goes there, and she gets the chimichurri sauce and the plantains and they are so good. Their chimichurri sauce is close to the one that the restaurant here in Kingwood makes . I always get her to get those for me.

My Trader Joe find We made a trip to Trader Joe's today in hopes of finding some holiday goodies. They only had out a few holiday things but I picked up one of these Danish Kringle. It's so good. I've never even heard of these before but apparently they're very popular and have many different flavors.

@Weathergirl5 : We've been buying them for years, they are so light and flaky. They do have different flavors over the holidays, all of them are delicious. We have them as a desert on holidays or just keep one or two to take to a friends house or just have with coffee or tea. They also have delicious Belgian chocolate chocolate in a bar. I stopped buying all other chocolate for baking needs, nothing compares! ðŸ¥°

@Weathergirl5 : Me too! The one that you visited was really close to where we lived, I shopped there all the time. When I visit my sister, I try to go there and pick up favorites. The Belgian chocolate bars are usually in the frozen food section on the top shelf, I rarely buy anything but them. The quality is much better than anything you can buy at our grocery stores. You'll thank me later â˜ºï¸.

I will look for them. I love several of their frozen items. I like the fact they use real ingredients and not all these preservatives. Most are made in other countries where they have more stringent requirements regarding preservatives. I bet you miss living by that TJ! We had a lovely breakfast at Snooze today.

I'm obsessed with Trader Joe's garlic chili crisp. I put it on nearly everything. I love their dark chocolate peanut butter cups. I don't subscribe to a gluten free diet but their gluten free chocolate muffins are AMAZING. Their soup dumplings are incredible. They have plants and flowers at unbelievable prices. Their hidden gem is the birthday/thank you/all purpose cards at the check out. They are beautiful and unique and very affordable. They also have an impressive cheese selection.

Yes, they are truly a gem and very affordable. I stocked up on their cream of Portobello mushroom soup for cooking; it tastes so much better than Campbell's cream of mushroom soup.

@Weathergirl5 : Oh my goodness, Snooze is a favorite on Montrose near Westheimer and Barnaby's. You can't go wrong with either one, something for everyone. â˜ºï¸ Yes, they have so many organic options. I love buying certain products from other countries. Folks have no idea what American manufacturers have reduced their selves to, it's all about profit and cutting corners. I love buying products from European countries, they have strict standards and sadly we don't. I really do miss living in that neighborhood, for more reasons than one.
