Thursday night dinner What are you having for dinner tonight? I am making a pot roast with vegetables. The house is smelling wonderful.

@Weathergirl5 : I love pot roast! Tonight I made quesadillas with leftover smoked turkey.

What are you having for dinner tonight?

@Weathergirl5 : I had veggie rotini pasta with green beans and a little hummus and veggie pepper for flavor and seasoning , then a navel orange. Quite good and very easy.

@TEXASGIRLMAMMA : Yummy! That sounds delicious. I love pot roast too. We have enough leftover that I'll make a roast stew in a few days.
