Thursday night dinner

What are you having for dinner tonight? I am making a pot roast with vegetables. The house is smelling wonderful.

@Weathergirl5 : I got about $120 worth of those this week and put in the freezer. I live off those things, some are really good, some - not so much, but sure are easy.

@Gigix4 : Do they freeze well? I have only frozen the lasagna one in the rectangle container. Do the others freeze well and reheat ok? The microwave ones and the ones you cook in the oven?

IDK ... I just freeze them and they always seem to be good. I really like those with a small steak and half a baked potato. I cut the steak in half and then the next day ... or so ... bake the other half and use HEB's baked potatoes. I always buy their half baked potatoes and use them with whatever I need them for.
