Most of you probably know what a TENS unit is but for those who don't, it's a device that sends electric shock through electrodes attached to the body in order to stimulate muscles for pain relief and such....However, if you turn it's power up too much it can actually cause the muscles to twitch and/or cramp up...The Brits in the video below thought this could be an interesting challenge at the dinner table...Enjoy!
