I am not speaking on 'reasonable' people here, and watching the news, you probably have seen some of the 'less then reasonables', there. It can be Dangerous to approach someone; they may have a weapon, be altered by drugs or alcohol , and therefore, see you as a "threat", and take action, with said weapon. Your 'rights' will have no recourse re a Glock in the hand of an impaired human.

If you are worried about them, call the NON emergency line to report them, as they are Not doing anything illegal, so they will 'triage' low on the emergency register of police calls.

My rights do have a protection mechanism called the 2nd amendment but I don't want to get political. I refuse to let anyone or anything restrict me from acting like my home/neighborhood is mine. I do understand your point... I just vigorously disagree.

We have a lot people in our neighborhood stop at the stop sign on Shore Hills and Golden Pond Dr. for a long time. At first it annoyed me that they would sit there for 5+ minutes. Later I came to realize that most of them are probably lost and waiting for their phone or GPS to tell them where to go.
