Suspect Arrested for Assault on a Police Officer
On November 6, 2022, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's office responded to the 8311 block of FM 1960 Road in reference to a disturbance. Upon arriving, the suspect involved was located inside his vehicle and was given verbal commands to step out but refused to comply.
The deputy placed his hand on the vehicle and the suspect purposely slammed the door, catching the deputy's fingers, causing him pain. The was detained and identified as Jordan George.
"Jordan George was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Assault on a Police Officer. His bond and court information have not been set at this time." - Constable Mark Herman
