Yum… I had my first… yes first… corn dog 2 years ago. I keep a small box of them in the freezer now. Sometimes I get a craving for one.
I've got to believe that a freshly made corn dog with a quality sausage inside would be wonderful. But nobody ever serves good ones like that. It's always the crappiest mystery meat hot dog with some lousy corn batter on there that feels like it has 3 tbsp of aluminum baking soda in the mix.
@Kittle : Wash it down with Lone Star Sake! We did 'sushi' for my friend's grand daughter's sleepover, 11th birthday party, last month. It was so much fun. I forgot how Little the adults get to sleep, when hosting 6 pre-teen girls!

@LittleTexas : Now I could go for candy sushi! Fish is not my best friend and raw fish - no thank you. I hate the smell of fish. That may be a good thing as I am allergic to iodine.
Enjoy those kiddos. You can sleep when they are grown and living independently. Naps are a retirement perk.
@Kittle : Oh, I know, mine are 31 and 34! Loved all of those days and nights. I nap now, and Im not even retired, yet. If I did retire, I'd just spend too much money and eat too much! :D
@NeenaC0629 : Really? That's kind-of hard to believe. I like a corn dog every now and then. If I buy a box, my kids devour them! There used to be a Corn Dog 7 at Deerbrook. They had the best corn dogs and lemonade.
