Sunday night dinner

What is on your menu for tonight? I picked up some Steelhead trout from HEB and I am baking it with roasted broccoli and some sort of pasta side dish. I am still trying to figure that one out.

Leftover pizza and meatballs.
Making the ham/egg things for work tomorrow. Hopefully they reheat well. Cake is for breakfast too lol, I will cut up the rest of the fruit and serve yogurt. It's my day to provide breakfast. My last breakfast for the breakfast club ðŸ˜ž they will miss me.

We made a roast earlier today, so leftover roast beef sandwiches with spicy mustard on sourdough bread.

@ChairmanMeow : I hear you. I'm thinking either Monday or Tuesday night will be leftovers at my house. Some days I just don't feel like cooking after work.

@Txbutterfly : Why no more breakfast club? Are you leaving your job or is your job not doing breakfast club anymore? That sounds like a fun idea.

@Weathergirl5 : Had Italianos. Was decent. Could have been better if it wasnt for the table of 12 little girls running around like it was chuck e cheese while the table of about 6 moms paid no attention to them and were completely oblivious. Must be nice.

@yankeejessica : We ate a late lunch at the new Italiano's. Eggplant Parmesan is my go-to and service was excellent. We met 2 other couples there and had a great time.

@PamRN : Yea we live super close so its nice. Dont get me wrong the food was good and service was great. Just couldn't believe someone would let their kids run around like that
