The sauce is tomatillos, onion, cilantro, garlic and mexican cream, pinch of salt.

Yes, chicken.

@Brat : OH!!! I'm sorry. I looked it up and they said Suiza meant Swiss. So your suiza sauce sounds delicious! I just learned last week that Marinara sauce with cream added makes Rosa sauce. It takes the tangy bitterness out of marinara sauce. It was so good when I tried it! So does the cream do the same with yours? It sounds ADDICTIVE!
