Summer garden I've been working really hard on keeping all of my plants alive & healthy during this heat. I've never been into gardening, and I've been known as the family member that can kill even the most hardy of plants, but I've found I enjoy it now that I'm a little older. Plus, I've learned a lot from my dad. Gardening is his passion (like me with weather) so I don't kill nearly as much with his guidance. 😉 I have a bit of an advantage because I get to water everything daily since we don't pay for outdoor water usage. Plants thrive on the natural Sulphur that comes from the well too. I've even been fertilizing! (Again, not like me) I'm using Scott's Super Bloom once a week and they appear to love it! 🩷 Anyway, here are some photos I took this past week (Not bad for a cell phone camera!)

You really have to find out what each plant needs in order for it to stay healthy. It takes a lot of work, but lately I've been trying to find things that are new to me. 🙃 Like going to Craft Night! That seems so simple but that was huge for me! I am SO thankful for @BrendaT 🩷 She & @SteveT made it absolutely stress free for me. I have turned into a recluse who wants to stay comfortable in my "safe place" aka my house. Even though I'm sober, my anxiety still controls a lot of what I do. (Or don't do) I am 600 days sober today 🩷 and I am super proud of that. ☀️ I've been trying to do and find things that make me happy, so I get into a better place overall. Sober life is good but sober life is hard. (Anyway, whew, that was a lot of info you didn't ask for!) 🤦‍♀️😆
