@daryllom : will be nice if they can keep it afloat , if the get the permits and a developer it can happen, we are Houston after all, kingwood can't decide on its own , but so many cool projects has been proposed in the past and never materialized so this may be another one 4951

@1goatneck : At the meeting did they say anything about the Kingwood deed restrictions not allowing buildings to be over 3 stories high? I read something about that on Facebook and I didn't know if it was true or not 4951

I think it's time to move to Kingwood, West Virginia, where they actually care about trees and nature. In the last 2-3 years, the rest of the woods have fell down... This area is where I once played & enjoyed the Boy Scouts, how very sad to see it become a city, the very thing I want to run away from... 4951
