Even if they could somehow get this pushed through and find the backers they would need to cut down every tree and then raise the grade level about 40 feet. Way more that that white sand area near Coscto!
@Chrisinkingwood : not if the first five floors were parking garage 4951
Wow, crazy idea. To put all those buildings into an area that has flooded twice! And exactly how would they expect all those people to get in and out of Kingwood? Our roads can't handle that many people all at once . . . 4951
well, you kinda have to admit, these rendering videos look absolutely incredible and took a good deal of time to make (so somebody somewhere is slighly serious about bringing this to fruition) its like seeing the future....i wouldn't doubt if its what kingwood looks like in another 50 years or so 4951
What they need to focus on is the congestion on KW Drive and Northpark! Unfortunately a third lane is needed. I don't want trees removed but will have to at some point soon. It's so hard to get out of KW. 4951
Seems a bit overly ambitious and impractical. Traffic flow alone to a complex that size with that many apparent businesses would be a nightmare... Kingwood Dr could never sustain it.... 4951
