Eventually they'll shoehorn 300,000 in to this area, but we'll all still get in and out of the area on these same 2 lanes of Kingwood Dr.

At least there is a marina with boats to help evacuate the rest of us whose homes get flooded, Cajun navy won't have to come, LOL.

I like the bar near the movie theater, nice cold one or rita time. 4951

Note that the property manager will be Caligula and the head maintenance guy will be Nero who also happens to be the 1st chair in the Herons Symphony Orchestra! (Burn baby burn, disco inferno)

I hope this happens. I'd love to have that 35' cruiser in the marina. I could literally enjoy weeks upon weeks of trying to figure out how to get through the cut and under the bridge. 4951
