Skyscrapers coming to Kingwood? Check out this proposal of a new development surrounding The Barrington. It is called The HERONS of Kingwood marina. It looks cool but building on a flood plain/swap land not a good idea plus Kingwood has too many people already. youtu.be/sHxq4UGk_uI

Eventually they'll shoehorn 300,000 in to this area, but we'll all still get in and out of the area on these same 2 lanes of Kingwood Dr.

@Reivax : Um, no, I missed that one. I've seen some with hydroponics that were set up as skyscraper farms. I'm not enthusiastic about hydroponics -- more and more I am appreciating soil and its growing benefits. 4951

that's an old movie with Charlton Heston, taking place in the "then" future where people were starving, and they all ate a food called Soylent Green. It has a silly plot twist to it, so I won't ruin it for you. 4951
