Skyscrapers coming to Kingwood?

Check out this proposal of a new development surrounding The Barrington. It is called The HERONS of Kingwood marina. It looks cool but building on a flood plain/swap land not a good idea plus Kingwood has too many people already.

Never happen. No one is going to issue building permits for something like that down there. 4951

@daryllom : I heard of this before. A few years ago this was talked about. We just don't need this. Besides there's not enough land available there. 4951

Eventually they'll shoehorn 300,000 in to this area, but we'll all still get in and out of the area on these same 2 lanes of Kingwood Dr. 4951
