How do you sell $60+ of BBQ and not include sauce?

@donnatella : I ask about sauce when we bought bbq there and they directed me to the area on the way out where you get your own in these tiny cups

How do you sell $60+ of BBQ and not include sauce? Asking YOU, True BBQ.

@donnatella : I've always used the little plastic cups near the bbq sauce pumps.

@donnatella : I'm trying to get better about checking the bag before departing. I don't always remember to do it but I am trying.

@donnatella : We always get sauce - it is self serve on the counter where drinks and napkins are. The cashier told us the first time we picked up there. They have a couple of sauces to choose from.

@donnatella: Their self-serve (reg. & spicy) sauces and containers are on the condiment table by the plastic utensils and drinks.

donnatella : I've always used the little plastic cups near the bbq sauce pumps.

@CaffeineFree : I don't like those tiny little cups. It is a real pain to stand and fill about 10 of them while ordering a togo order of any size. It might be fine for a single sandwich or if eating inside but to go orders should be prepared with a quantity of sauce that matches the amount of Q ordered. Unless a person specifically knew the routine they would just assume the sauce would be included like it every place else.

@teatime: I asked for, and was given, larger cups (drink size) for the sauces when we ordered BBQ poundage to go. No problemo

@donnatella : I didn't get any either in my $55 order. I did pump my own on the way out bc I like extra and especially to reheat left overs. I assumed they put some in. Good thing I got some on my way out.

I think these restaurants are cutting corners and this is the form it takes.

@donnatella : They must have forgotten it, because I have always gotten it, and even asked for an extra one, and not been charged, when I get the pulled pork baked potato.
