Samsung TV Not streamingâ€¦

On my friends Samsung TV, all of a sudden just stopped streaming anything. Both Amazon Prime and Netflix will not workâ€¦her direct Tv said all was well with her service. She has Brite Speed and she's using internet with no issues.
Any ideas? Idk why it would just stop.
I've done all the self check stuffâ€¦turning it off and on, updating firmware on the TV, checking the settingsâ€¦no idea if it's the TV or what!

Unplug it wait a bit then plug it back in.

Check tv internet connection.

Unplug the router, wait a few minutes, and plug in again. Might just need to be rebooted. Good Luck.

This is the only thing that has ever worked consistently for me - meaning the TV, not the router.

@MissAmericanPie : We ran into a similar issue not long ago. If her Samsung Plus TV app is missing, they are providing updates. Takes 24-48 hours. Tell her to go touch some grass.
