Touche: On the 19th, he was seen near Kingwood Methodist Church and yesterday he was seen near KMS at dismissal time.

I've seen people say that they've seen him around the Elm Grove Apartments someone saw him the other day at Walmart grocery on North Park. Someone else said she saw him at Elm grove park while she was with her kid and asked him a question and he ran and went into some wood somewhere in Elmgrove.
