Losing weight is EASY! The personal willpower and dedication to do what's necessary to lose weight is the hard part, and all those BS diets aren't going to help you with that. All you have to do is this, and it really is THIS easy:
If you burn more calories than you consume, you WILL lose weight (barring some sort of unusual personal medical condition.)
Reduce your calories with less food and/or better food choices, and increase your calories burned by getting up off the sofa and actually doing something, start to exercise, etc, and you'll lose weight. Period.
