I am happy to day my oak tree I planted seems to be growing and thriving. I planted blueberry bushes for the birds.
All is good over here!

@Jonn : me too! I swear, when I park at Kroger, they Remember me!! I save my leftover bread. One lady asked me why I did this, and I told her I used to feed the birds with my Gramma , at her home, and it is a sweet memory for me. Plus, the birds need it!

They are here every morning and every evening. They pop in during the day. Always together. The cardinals are a mated pair too. I have now seen a mated pair of red headed woodpeckers.

@jv339 : To be honest birds are not good sharers. They strip possumhaw Hollys really fast as others red berry trees. Trying blueberries now, 4951

@Jonn : We have a bowl of water sitting on our patio also I throw peanuts out there. We have squirrels, blue jays and cardinals come up and eat them. 4951

@Jonn : We have several suet feeders and a hummingbird feeder. I love watching them come. We keep water in the bird bath. They like to play in it. 4951
