@peppermintstick : It was kinda' short but we got 1.8" here in BBV. We can use that again tomorrow.

I need the grass cut. Would like a few days break in the rain but after that I love the rain. Rain water is so much better than the sprinklers.

@cbear : At that time we lived SW of Columbus in the farthest corner of Franklin County outside the little town of Harrisburg. I am originally from southern Ohio right in the middle of the state on the Ohio river - Portsmouth.

@Nusiance : I loved in the dorm and sorority house on campus at OSU. Later..met the DH and married and bought a house in Pataskala. That area has changed so much due to Les Wexner.

@Nusiance : In about a month, things are going to be so beautiful with the foilage and all. My favorite time of year in the midwest!

@cbear : Not too familiar with east of Columbus. Former in-laws lived in Reynoldsburg. I lived in Westerville from 1968 to 1992. The company I worked for relocated to the west side so we (my husband and I) moved southwest. My girls were out of school by that time and independent so we moved because I hated the traffic/commute from Westerville to SW Columbus which was nothing compared to Houston.

@cbear : It will be pretty but with that you have to take the cold and snowy weather and I hated it so we moved here to be near my daughter and grandsons. In a couple weeks my daughter and I are going home for a visit. It has been more than 2 years since I've seen my sister because of the pandemic. I have a great great niece I haven't seen since she was 3 weeks old (now3) and a great great nephew that just turned a year. Looking forward to the visit. Just hope there are still some good tomatoes to be had. My sisters are not doing too well this year for some reason.

A tributary of it...we call it old river, but its a part of the San Jacinto River @TexasTideFan!!
