My Grass has been loving the short showers everyday, its humid as a ********** out there but my yard is really coming back to life, and for that I am happy.

@ZMAN : Our yard looks fantastic. Yard guy was here yesterday and did his thing and cleaned up all the pine needles which helps. Next week is roof.

Rain on the radar We have a decent chance of rain today at 60%. Radar shows showers popping up around the area and the forecast is that coverage will pick up this afternoon. Again, we'll see because all the models lately have been garbage. I hope we get some good rain today! We have high rain chances every day for the next 7 days. Since it seems to rain the most when I nap, and not dance, I'm gonna do y'all a favor and go take a long nap. Hope it works! ðŸ˜‰ðŸ¤ž

@cbear : Oops! Sorry. We got a new roof 3 weeks ago and it is covered with pine needles already . Yard guy was supposed to blow off yesterday but instead took out a large pile of cut up limbs that fell in our yard last week just barely nicking (looks like to me anyway) the new roof in the back. Grateful for that but roof guy was here this morning inspecting the roof but I didn't talk to him. He will report to my daughter and she will report to us if anything needs replaced.

@Nusiance : Oh ok. I getcha now. I need a new roof too but I think I want to wait till after hurricane season. It would be my luck to put on a new roof and mother nature to tear it right back off ! He He!

@cbear : Well lets hope and pray that doesn't happen. Ours was damaged when the tornado went through but no leaks so it wasn't a priority. When we were in Ohio we got a new roof because of winds from hurricane Ike. Crazy.
