@StormChaser : -Rush hour has always been a mess. IT used to amuse me, when I was working at the memory of those driving by an accident or somebody doing something stupid and caught by the local police . They acted like they, the Houston drivers had never seen a small fender bender before. They'd come to almost a complete stop, watch somebody in a bad time in their life and then about 10 secinds later move on.
