Property Foreclosure Sales-

A few days ago someone wrote a post in regards to property foreclosure auctions. Below is a screenshot of an email site that posts lists of properties to be auctioned off by various counties, including Harris County. If the person who posted that topic in General Chat will PM me, I will forward the actual email to them and they can them sign up to be notified of property auctions.

Anyone buying a foreclosed property needs to buy title insurance. There could be liens against it.
