Power Outage till 6 a.m.

Got notice from Centerpoint that our outage will be till 6 a.m. UGH

@tiffani : That is a great question. The infrastructure is old and they would rather repair than replace.

@TEXASGIRLMAMMA : How long have they been repairing? Wondering if I can back into some estimate of when all the repairs become a full replace.

@KanKan : That's what I am hoping for. Last time ours was out it was just an hour b4 they fixed it.

Our power rarely goes out but when it does it's usually because someone hit a pole. We did hear the fire trucks earlier but I haven't seen anything.

@TEXASGIRLMAMMA : Ohhh, you're afraid someone will come in thru the window? Maybe just open them for a bit while you're awakeâ€¦.it's really a cool breeze.

The open windows don't bother me. There are so many ring cameras around here no one could go more than 5 steps in any direction without setting one off.
