Is it possible this tree isn't dead? It looks like it's been deep fried.ðŸ¥²

This has got me wondering if a tree can look like this but have a disease that needs treating and could survive.
The other thing is there two trees of totally different kinds and sizes in this yard and they both look just like thisâ€¦

@MissAmericanPie : I am no tree expert but it looks dead to me. I would contact a tree company and see what they say. Good luck. We desperately need rain.

I assume they are deadâ€¦it's been that way for over a month nowâ€¦I'd be very nervous if I lived next door to him. It's big enough to hit 2 homes on the down fall. ðŸ˜–ðŸ˜– His insurance won't pay for damages from a fallen tree if you are negligent in caring and maintaining it.

I have been wondering when this would start. If you were here in 2011 there were thousands of dead trees. In the green belt behind my yard there were 7-8 big trees that died that year. If we don't get some rain soon we'll be in trouble.

Is that one of the dead trees on Kingwood Drive that supposedly had the contagious disease that a company tried to take up donations for to remove?
