J2911: Well, I have always said nothing good happens after midnight! At least no murder was committed but mayhem sure was! Jeeeze..I wasn't a perfect teen. But I was never involved in anything like that!

@Jellybeaner : I didn't even know what being out after midnight looked like until I was an adult. My parents didn't play that.

@sweetie : Exactly. But the reality is parents probably don't want to even be bothered with these thugs so they're happy to get them out of the house.

Yes, if you're out after midnight toting a gun and getting into shoot outs and fights, that is thuggish behavior. I don't care if you live in Kingwood. You're a thug.

@J2911 : last weekend same area car of drunk teens came around curve and smashed into pickup truck IN someone's driveway! Not parked in The street. Then attempted to drive off. My gf had it all on her ring camera.

@J2911 : When I was 15 a friend of mine talked me into sneaking out at midnight to go to one of the local radio stations and take the dj some burgers.. Well, we did, no romantic intentions or anything like that..As we were leaving, my friend drove her dad's car in the ditch! So, we had to call our folks to come get us!! My dad was furious!! I was on restriction forever, it seemed like!

@sweetie : I tell you I had a rough time when my kids were teenagers. I was the only parent that never went on trips and left teenagers at home. And they had to be home by midnight. My kids were horrified that they were in Jail ðŸ˜‚

@Jellybeaner : Nowadays, parents would have just had a "talk" with the child and let him or her off with a warning. Hell no. Your *** will never see the light of day unless it's to go to school or the doctor. ðŸ˜† but serious.

@J2911 : My daughter thanked me when she got to college. She said she might have ended up in jail. My jaw dropped open. She said I was the best mom better than any other of the moms that her friends had. ðŸ¤¦â€â™€ï¸

@StormChaser : I am so not sorry to be out of that area. The difference in the far back of KW is akin to being in a quiet little wooded paradise in a faraway galaxy. Night and day difference.

@J2911 : Yes and for those they don't want to believe it we do have thugs in Kingwood. And how did this boy get the gun did he steal it from his parents did he borrow it from his parents or did he break in a car and steal it.
