Poor Man's burnt ends (part 2)

Been craving to try this since @jax posted about it 3 weeks ago.

Enrique asked me earlier how long it was gonna take and I said about 5-6 hours. He had this expression on his face. "ðŸ˜±ðŸ˜±" and said "maybe next weekend. It's too hot".

I saidd "no guapo, tomorrow. Its gonna be hot for another 2 months."

Anywho, @jax how big was yours? The one we got is 3.9 pounds. I was thinking about getting it thrown in the smoker at 9am.
