Place like Kingwood Bagel at Caribou Coffee ðŸ’šðŸ’™

I finally found an amazing place like Kingwood Bagel up here in Hawkins at Caribou Coffee in Raleigh. They have delicious New York breakfast bagels like The Stack from Kingwood with superior Minnesotan coffee. Sorry Starbucks, this is far better and is like a perfect match for my Norwegian/Finnish soul âœ¨âœ¨

I haven't gone to a Mexican place since moving here, other than Torchy's, and I don't miss it. The northern food is much more gentle on my digestive system and fresh tasting.

@BrunetteBarbie : I know and love how they make them fresh. I usually get egg, sausage, and Swiss on a pumpernickel, and egg, bacon, and Swiss on a plain or something similar. I like other bagels too and cream cheeses like plain & strawberry. I need to try other flavors, as it's so much more than that. My friend Vanessa from New England would text me that she gets a bag full of bagels and Dunkin' Donuts coffee on the way back home as soon as she lands in NY and takes the bus to NH. I love how well they make fresh pumpkin bagels in Fall too & other things. I love living closer to Canada again ðŸ and used to live by Vancouver in Seattle out west too âœ¨ The East has prettier Fall foliage & every season here is about 3 months long. Northerners further north say Spring & Fall are too short up north, but in NC & VA, every season is well balanced ðŸŒ¸â˜€ï¸ðŸâ„ï¸ All the trees woke up this weekend like clockwork, and I was so happy we had a full Winter before Spring came â›„ï¸

@BrunetteBarbie : Nice and I'll try that for sure! It sounds delicious and love visiting NY state. I went to the NY Renaissance Festival the first weekend of Oct, and it was in the 60s already. We had our first 60s day in NC in mid to late Sept and saw Fall leaves changing already before it was Oct and peaked by Halloween. Snow on Memorial Day is a lil late haha & had it in early May in Denver too when I was passing through there. Things are great here, and I can always move further north if it gets too warm here. I'm thinking of spending August & September in New England after I visit Kingwood in July eeeeks! I'll be there a week then heading up to Michigan to celebrate my brother's retirement from EMU ðŸ’šðŸ¦… I can stay at an Airbnb and continue to work anywhere in the country and skip the horrible Summer heat â˜€ï¸âœ¨

@Summerbreeze : I tried their breakfast bagels today, and they were really good ðŸ¥¯ðŸ¥¯ They use Canadian bacon though haha ðŸ˜‚â¤ï¸ They were amazing Kingwood like bagels ðŸ’šðŸ’™

@Summerbreeze : They may come back and came as far south as Atlanta ðŸ’™â¤ï¸ I don't eat many bagels, but they're a nice treat once in a while ðŸ’›ðŸ’š 4951
