That pet license fee helps support the City of Houston shelters that have to take care of all the dogs and cats dropped off at shelters from people who allow their pets to get bred or people who have litters and can't take care of them. 4951

I use the mobile vet that come to my village park. My dog hates to ride, so we just walk to the park, get her shots and done deal. Have for all her years she has owned us. Never seen this form before.
If the vet knows they have their shots why can't they send that in too!!! 4951

Been a think in Harris country for over 15 years. I had to pay this every year for my dog. Had a vet in Kingwood and in my dogs later years one in Porter. Got the bill every year. I also have always had to pay the $50 for having a security system monitored. So just some of us get screwed and get billed while others skate on by? I want to be one of the skaters for a damn change.

@Fallon : stop paying. I never did for either. 4951
