Pizza is the new chicken, Mexican, nail salon, mattress store, â€¦ rinse, repeat.

Now that that's out the way, I've come to appreciate business owners who genuinely try to step up the competition. We may not "need" more. But if it helps weed out underperforming businesses missing out on their own opportunities to do better, this can be positive change.
