@cbear : There are protein pancake ( could be used for waffles) out there. One called Kodiak

I probably like waffles the best out of the 3. but they have to be well done....almost burnt is how I like them.

All of the above! (I make a mean Grueyere stuffed French toast with a mushroom demi glace and nothing better than chicken and waffles - oh and there's the good ol' standby scratch buttermilk pancakes!!)
