@donnatella : That's all the info we've got...but it does look like the old HEB building...where else in that complex has 60,000 square feet? I pulled it up a on a Google map...the old HEB building is 60k-ish square feet... (see my screenshot with "total area" square footage for the HEB building)

There have been rumors recently that it will be subdivided to accommodate such tenants as "Sprouts" and "The Dollar Store" but as far as I know, there is no solid information supporting the rumors

I know that the property owners are still in the throes of developing and leasing the outbuilding where RadioShack used to be. Maybe they're waiting for the completion of that project before starting a new one.

I'm glad to hear! Just hope someone will figure out a better way to get in and out of that shopping area. The parking lane design is awful, and getting out of there near that busy intersection stops me from going there during busy times. It can be improved!
