MCTXSheriff Seeks Identity of Apartment Burglary Suspects

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is attempting to identify the individuals pictured below who burglarized an apartment at the Avaya complex on Loop 494 in Kingwood, Texas. On March 12, 2023, at about 12:30 pm, the homeowner was away when she received a notification that her front door had been opened. While remotely viewing the cameras, the homeowner observed two black males inside, who stole several items and left in a black Chrysler 300. When deputies arrived on scene, they determined the front door had been pried open.

If anyone has information on the identity of the suspects, please contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-760-5800 option 3 or Multi-County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-392-STOP [7867] and refer to case #23A073300.

TownHubAdmin : I live in Kings Manor in a complex and have had a person(s) violently kick my front door in the middle of the night. The last occurrence was this past Friday but it was around 10-11 at night. Myself and my son heard voices in the back by the patio and then a kick on the door. By the time my fiancé made it to the front door to see what was going on they were gone. The first occurrence was in the middle of the night and it was so violent it woke everyone up in the house and my heart was racing. Opened the door and checked and there was the person's shoe print on the door. I'm so shocked this is happening. I'm ready to move ASAP now.

@11Mind : I don't blame you for wanting to move. Is there any cameras there. I would move ASAP

@ckauffman281 :
We left there in 14". Things were really changing. It wasn't safe for me to walk my old dog and when he died, it wasn't safe for big Hank. My dogs were friendly, it didn't matter if I checked the mail or went for a walk with my boys, they always had to see Kathy the manager. Hank would sit on her golf cart in front and I'd plead with my 150lb mastiff to please let's go. Kathy would give him a spin and he'd get off happy. But to walk the front right corner was dangerous. The guy had coon hounds and they would bounce violently off the patio doors.
Right after we moved in early 2011 the new neighbors got edited thank goodness. But they stole the movie projector. Never did use the theater. Pool was nice but lots of strays. Happens all over Kingwood etc.
Loved our end cap apartment with my herb and vegetable garden in the sky. No one above my 2nd story, woods at my door, pool steps around the corner spot. Rent went from $1175 to $1675 in three years. Things were out of control then, as it was sold. Kathy left too. A lot of us said Bye bye, so long, won't be seeing ya anytime soon.

@11Mind: I am so sorry to hear about your experience! Maybe they have moved on to some other apartments! I know it's scary!
