ZMAN : My quit date is tomorrow!! Chantix is definitely helping some with cravings, urges, taste, smell, ect but the habit itself is going to be the hardest. I'm freaking out a little, honestly but I must do this or face a lifetime of surgeries that my insurance won't pay for if I continued to smoke. Ummmm No. Not a chance so I will quit and hopefully this is for good but it will be a minimum of 3 months before I could smoke again even if I wanted to. I think I'll be good to not go back ðŸ‘
