@ladybeachbum : Aw thank you. It was most lovely having someone call out my food prep. Lol well we have grammar nazi, spelling nazi……and now food prep nazi. We're in good hands. 🙄

@Baldrick : 🤗. The burgers were formed yesterday and sitting in the commercial fridge for todays cookout. There WILL be pics 🤗. I always put cold burger meat on the grill - helps them hold their shape.
As you can see the potato salad, the banana pudding were favorites.. The burgers were delicious the cold watermelon, slow cooked baked beans were a hit also. The fajitas, not so much
@Ruger5 : You and I must be related. We have a grinder attachment for the KitchenAid and a hand turned grinder. They haven't been used in a long time. Shame on me.
You are way ahead of me - ghee. Oh my - that has to taste wonderful!
