Chiza : Those are awesome. During Harvey I was at the beach and watched lightning strike the water and it was awesome and scary at the same time.

I can completely empathize @ladybeachbum....so fascinating yet terrifying. For these shots I happened to be standing in the wheelhouse and had a perfect position and in a secure spot. Although boats can be struck by lightning...and lightning can travel significant distances...I didn't feel in danger. 4951

Hehe @Donnawisdom....I don't intentionally go outside to capture them...but It happened to be the best case scenario because of where I was tied off...and I could actually stay inside with the wheelhouse door open. 4951

So these were not taken in Kingwood @Rocklady2020...these were taken where I work...at approximately 6pm. 4951

@Chiza : I also thought it was a drinking game. But now that you mention it, we could do one next time we have a storm. Every time it lightenings, we take a shot. LOL 4951
