At Life Time, we continue to do all we can to support the health and safety of our members and team members in our destinations. Now more than ever, each of us plays a vital role in ensuring our clubs are allowed to remain open with the programs and services you desire to remain healthy and active.
To that end, in addition to the current mask mandates already in place in your club, we have started pre-entry temperature checks for all members, including children, to ensure no one enters with a temperature of 100.4 or greater. We also want to make you aware that effective ‪July 27‬, we will require masks be worn inside all of our Life Time destinations across the country. We will not require masks be worn outside (including our outdoor pool decks) unless your local government has more stringent requirements. Please be aware that our team members have been instructed to enforce these requirements and therefore, if approached, or asked to comply, we ask for your support. Doing so is crucial in our efforts to remain open to serve you.
As a reminder, masks are not expected when not safe or practical, for example:
• While you are actively working out, as long as you are able to socially distance
• Eating/Drinking, Swimming, Showering
• Medical, Health (physical or psychological), Disability (please speak with your Member Services team at your specific club to have a note placed on your account).

Our team members will continue wearing masks at all times as they have been, with some exceptions where it may inhibit their role or compromise their safety, such as lifeguards, swim instructors and group fitness instructors, depending upon current government guidelines.
While you're not required to wear a mask while actively working out in the instance you can socially distance, you may desire to wear one. As such, to help optimize your experience during your next workout, our team of experts has assembled these helpful insights, tips, and reminders.
