If he rummaged around in my car, all he would find would be trash newspapers thrown out on Wednesday and a burned out florescent light bulb. Oh, and an emply ALDI bag. Of course it would be locked and he would have to break in to gain these valuables. 4951

@ teatime: Kingwood is already known for easy pickings. There was a ring of thieves in my neighborhood that I was unaware of until they tried to steal one of my vehicles. They were unsuccessful but broke into my place & stole a lot of stuff, including my Mac. They also stole a lot of stuff from a trunk, the latch wasn't working.
I made 5 reports to the KW police & haven't heard a thing.
Thankfully, the thieves moved out but I bet that they're all set up somewhere else in Kingwood.
An AC repairman said he used to live near the Mexican border & that people here don't realize that vehicles are stolen & taken across the border to use for running drugs.
Last week, a BMW was stolen that was locked in the owner's garage. Also, valuables were stolen from the home.
These cockroaches are professional thieves, not kids & seem to get in anywhere, locked or not.
Be very wary & have excellent cameras, inside & out. A huge attack dog would be good to have, too, along with a handgun. 4951

I'd be the last person to make an excuse for a thief. He is scum and deserves everything coming to him. It's just a matter of time.What I mean, is the victim totally created the situation to make themselves a victim. Totally avoidable when people will just realize we don't live in those older times you're talking about. 4951
