IDK I've been around for 60years and my parents taught me toNOT leave anything in the car- not valuables, not trash- nothing. Here's what I have in my car- reusable bags do shopping and a blanket for the dogs to sit on. We've been hit 3 times- 2x on my car- lol they got nothing. And once on hubs- they got an ancient gps ( I mean the first one ever made 🤣). Believe it or not he got it back- some chick in Atascocita had it and ran from the popo. Hubs had the registration and receipt for it ( the police laughed that he actually had that). And yes all 3 times the cars had been left unlocked - not any more. I don't blame the victims BUT I myself aren't going to make it easy for them
@Jpgurl : Growing up in Houston, we locked our cars as far back as the early 70's, and as soon as I started driving my dad grilled me on not leaving anything of value in the car, not even my school back pack. 4951
