Kingwood Dog Park

Does anyone know the scoop on this? Is it a for sure thing, and is there an estimated open date?

Also, has anyone else thought about how weâ€™re bound to run into a KDC member there - which we recognize only by all the pictures we post of our dogs?? ðŸ˜‚ 4951

I don't know if it's still there but the old dog park off Russell Palmer used to be the place to hang out. Even I used to head over there every once in a while and I don't even have a dog. 4951

Yep sure is. I just checked and every dog that goes there has to be vaccinated and he said that the people that use it actually pick up after themselves 4951

Does seem weird that Houston hasnt put one in

@Stealth83 : Iâ€™ve thought that ever since we moved here, too. How could our community not have a bad *** dog park?? Iâ€™ve never known a community more perfect for a dog park! 4951

The bids were let on March 15th. Not sure who the KSA is going to hire. Last time line was it would be done mid summer. Have not been over there to see if they had started anything yet. 4951
