Kingwood in 1983 during Stranger Things â¤ï¸âœ¨ðŸ’šâœ¨ðŸ’™âœ¨ðŸ§¡âœ¨ðŸ’œâœ¨ðŸ’›âœ¨ðŸ–¤âœ¨
I saw this old Greenbelt Map from 1983 and just gazed at this forever…
Wow!!! It's so much like Hawkins!
Will would be in Trailwood. Mike & Lucas are in Woodland Hills, and Dustin in Bear Branch. Steve Harrington is in Kings Forest, and Max & Billy are in Sherwood Trails. Eleven & Hopper would love Elm Grove haha
I made this cute video yesterday, and it's so adorable & the cutest thing ever! I just love these silly sounds I found on TikTok awwwies!!
One of the best things about that time was the lights were not too bright, and my eyes were less sensitive to light back then, and the temperature was a lot cooler 🌬🌬🌬
The Greenbelts is where us kids "got lost" for hours. We would build dirt bike jumps all around them. I remember the doubles by Elm Grove and they were "hellish" . We'd race from one "hood" 🥸 to the next, stopping for blackberries on the way or for a drink on the side of your neighbors house. Or later in the evening 🥸we'd walk down them and meet up with friends and take a dunk in the pool. And not a real care in the world. #wearekingwood #kingwoodoriginal #greenbelts

@ZMAN : They're all great in their own way and happy they're not all the same. I also know Stranger Things is how Earth connects with Star Wars when you look at the details. I always wondered where the people in Star Wars came from? Alien Exodus is the answer, and they came from Earth; this means Eleven could be the first Jedi. When Luke tells Rey 1000 generations live in you now, I saw the connection instantly and looked down the rabbit hole haha! Alien Exodus is about our descendants leaving Earth in the future as AI takes over, and they discover a worm hole that sends them back in time to another galaxy; they end up 1000 generations before the Skywalker Saga and populate the galaxy; it's rather cool, because it ties in George Lucas' story THX-1138 as well and American Graffiti, when Stranger Things happens as well. The story was never finished though, but you can look it up on Wookiepedia. E.T. also recognized Yoda, and you see his species in the prequels lol; everything has connections, and I have the ability to see them.

zacpizzy : No they arent. The prequel trilogy is bad and the new trilogy is unwatchable.
@ZMAN : That's why we are all different. I love every story in its own way and how they relate together. It's like seeing Lord of the Rings better than The Hobbit, but they're vastly different tales; if every movie was the same, it'll be rather boring. My favorite trilogy is the sequels, because it explains so much about the others, and it's more relatable.
I love every story in its own way and how they relate together.
@zacpizzy : The new movies undermine the motives and struggles of the originals characters. They are also nothing but a cash grab. They are also terribly written.

zacpizzy : Those movies are also unwatchable to me.
@ZMAN : I actually love Lord of the Rings & The Hobbit far more than Star Wars; the story is more real, but Star Wars has a lot of humor I adore. Stranger Things brings out the best of both franchises and relates with many others; that's why I love it the most. I also love the Alien franchise & Jurassic Park.

@ZMAN : Also the original character are a lot older now & some passed away. Nothing lasts forever and was so happy they were in the sequels to pass the torch to a new generation. 50 years from now, Star Wars will be completely different like it is now.
